Morfeed is a play set in a dystopian world. It examines the power that language exercises in the construction of personal and social identities and the various effects that such power can have on first and second language speakers. The play illustrates Emma’s relationship with the people inhabiting this diverse world which is dominated by a common sense of unity, equality and freedom.
​Emma’s relation to it is complex and unresolved.
